Manual review
An application the platform cannot decide on its own goes to an analyst. The queue shows urgent and overdue items first, and every analyst action is recorded so that compliance can reconstruct how the decision was made.
Plan All plans except the sandbox. What’s inside
- Queue by priority and response deadline: urgent 4 hours, high 8, normal 24, low 72
- Filters by status, priority, overdue and own tasks
- Take a task and return it to the queue
- Decision with a code and a mandatory comment
- Four-eyes principle: the second sign-off must come from another staff member
- Field correction with the original value, new value and reason
- Internal comments on the application for risk managers and compliance
- Roles: operator, risk officer, compliance analyst, administrator, auditor
- Email and webhook notifications, queue updates without reloading
Limitations
A completed check cannot be quietly reopened: invalid status transitions are rejected by the server, not just hidden in the UI.
FAQ
How does the second sign-off work?
If a decision requires a second sign-off, it is given by a staff member who was not assigned the task. The signer’s identity is taken from their session, not entered manually.
Is what the platform read preserved after a correction?
Yes. A correction stores the original value, the new value and the reason, so the history shows both the machine reading and the human decision.

Shall we run a check on your report?
Send an anonymized sample report from the country you need: we will break it down in a demo and show the flags, the summary and the connection to your system.
