Bureau templates by country

Each bureau is described by a template: how its report is structured, what it is signed with, which fields are required and how to read delinquency. A template is versioned with an effective date, so an old report is checked against the rules of its time.

Plan All plans. Custom templates for non-standard reports in Bank Pro and Enterprise.

What’s inside

  • Bureaus: FCB and SCB in Kazakhstan, NBKI, OKB and Scoring Bureau in Russia, KCKB in Kyrgyzstan, NCB in Uzbekistan, CIB in Mongolia
  • Amount normalization in KZT, RUB, KGS, UZS and MNT
  • A single field schema for reports from all bureaus
  • Delinquency ranges according to each country’s rules
  • Template versions with effective dates and rollback
  • Template updates without a new platform release

Limitations

A report from a bureau without a template is not rejected: it goes through text recognition and manual review, and the summary notes that its structure was not confirmed by a template.

FAQ

Can I add my own bureau or format?

Yes, on the Bank Pro and Enterprise plans the team builds a template for your format from sample reports.

How does the platform know which bureau issued a report?

From the electronic signature signer, the document structure and the report country specified by the borrower. If these indicators conflict, that is a separate flag.

Other features
